Until we are majorly politically recognized and have to declare a static flag to the rest of the world,

we will accept and vote on replacement flags often and much.

Ideally, we will implement an upvote system but every project around here takes time so, if I have any Kyle volunteers we can start upvoting sooner, but as of now the voting system will have to be more primitive.
